Harad, also known as Haritaki or Indian Gall Nut, is a traditional Ayurvedic herb scientifically known as Terminalia chebula. Its fruits are valued for naturally occurring plant compounds, including tannins, chebulagic acid, and other polyphenols. As one of the three key ingredients of Triphala, Harad holds an important place in Ayurvedic preparations. Carefully dried and processed, Harad powder is widely used in herbal formulations, nutraceuticals, and traditional botanical products.
